Verify your Bridge installation

2. Look for the Bridge chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the page
3. The widget should appear as a chat bubble or button
4. Click on the widget to ensure it opens the chat interface

Dashboard Verification

Check your Bridge dashboard to confirm your Squarespace site is properly connected:

• Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached versions of your site can hide the widget
• Check Code Injection: If using manual installation, verify the widget code is in the Header section of Squarespace's Code Injection settings
• Verify Squarespace connection: If you connected with Squarespace, ensure the connection is still active in your Bridge dashboard
• Check website status: Make sure your Squarespace website is active in the Bridge dashboard
• Try different browsers: Test in multiple browsers to rule out browser-specific issues
• Wait a few minutes: Sometimes it takes a few minutes for changes to propagate
