If your subscription expires or is canceled, your chat access will pause, but your account data will remain securely stored for a limited time. Once you renew or reactivate your subscription, you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off without losing your setup.
Bridge automatically stores all conversations for 180 days to help you revisit recent chats and follow up when needed. After that period, older messages are securely deleted. If you want to keep certain messages longer, you can export them before they expire.
