Can't log in to my account

Verify Your Email Address

Make sure you're using the correct email address:

  • Double-check that you're entering the exact email address you used to sign up
  • Check for typos or extra spaces
  • Verify you're using the same email address that receives Bridge notifications
  • Try copying and pasting your email address to avoid typing errors

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or suspect it's incorrect:

  1. Go to the Bridge login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click the link in the email (it expires after a set time)
  6. Create a new strong password
  7. Log in with your new password

If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Cached data can sometimes interfere with login:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies
  2. Close and reopen your browser
  3. Try logging in again
  4. Alternatively, try using an incognito or private browsing window

Check Browser Compatibility

Ensure you're using a supported browser:

  • Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Update your browser if it's outdated
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with login
  • Try logging in from a different browser

Verify Account Status

Check if your account might be locked or suspended:

  • After multiple failed login attempts, accounts may be temporarily locked
  • Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
  • If your subscription expired, you may need to reactivate it
  • Check your email for any account-related notifications from Bridge

Check for Typing Errors

Common mistakes that prevent login:

  • Make sure Caps Lock is off (passwords are case-sensitive)

  • Verify you're using the correct keyboard layout

  • Let us know what steps you've already tried

For security reasons, we can't reset passwords over email or phone. You must use the password reset link sent to your registered email address.
