File Size and Type Limits

• Automatic rejection of unsupported file types

Storage Infrastructure

File Retention

How long files are kept:

• Files are retained as long as the conversation exists
• When an account is cancelled, files are retained for 180 days
• When an account is deleted, files are permanently deleted immediately
• You can delete individual files from conversations at any time

Download Security

• Download links are time-limited and single-use
• Access is verified before allowing downloads
• Download activity is logged for security
• Files cannot be accessed without proper authentication
