Automatic Profile Creation

Client profiles are created automatically when:

  • A client sends their first message through the Bridge widget on your Squarespace site
  • You can also manually add client information to profiles

Profile Information

Each client profile can store:

  • Name: The client's name
  • Email: Contact email address
  • Photo: Client profile picture
  • Timezone: Client's timezone for better scheduling
  • Conversation History: All messages exchanged with this client
  • Associated Squarespace Site: Which Squarespace website the client contacted you through

Viewing Client Profiles

To view a client profile:

  1. Open a conversation with the client in your dashboard
  2. Click on the client's name or profile information
  3. View all stored information and conversation history

Editing Client Information

You can update client profile information:

  • Add or update the client's name
  • Add or update their email address
  • Upload or change their profile photo
  • Set their timezone

Benefits

Client profiles help you:

  • Keep track of client information in one place
  • Review conversation history easily
  • Build stronger relationships by remembering client details
  • Manage multiple clients across different Squarespace sites efficiently

Tip: Keeping client profiles up to date helps you provide better service. When you know your clients' names, timezones, and conversation history, you can communicate more effectively and build stronger relationships.
