Manage your subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Bridge subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Log in to your Bridge dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  4. Confirm the upgrade
  5. You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately

Upgrading gives you immediate access to more Squarespace websites and additional features.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
  2. Select the plan you want to downgrade to
  3. Confirm the downgrade
  4. You'll receive a prorated credit on your next billing cycle

Important: Make sure you have no more Squarespace websites than your new plan allows. You'll need to remove excess websites before downgrading.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to Bridge features.

Billing Cycles

Bridge offers both monthly and annual billing:

  • Monthly: Billed every month
  • Annual: Billed once per year (saves you money)

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Tip: Annual billing saves you money compared to monthly billing. Consider upgrading to annual billing if you plan to use Bridge long-term.
