Free trial and billing

Bridge offers a 7-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing to a paid plan. Learn how the trial works and what happens when it ends.

Starting Your Free Trial

When you sign up for Bridge, you automatically get a 7-day free trial:

• No credit card required to start the trial
• Full access to all Bridge features during the trial period
• You can use Bridge on your Squarespace websites immediately
• The trial starts as soon as you create your account

During your trial, you have access to all features available in your selected plan, allowing you to fully test Bridge before making a commitment.

Trial Duration

Your free trial lasts for 7 days:

• The trial period begins when you create your Bridge account
• You'll receive email reminders as your trial approaches its end
• You can check your trial status in your account settings
• The trial ends automatically after 7 days unless you subscribe

What Happens When Your Trial Ends

When your 7-day trial ends, you have a few options:

1. Subscribe to a plan: Choose a plan and add a payment method to continue using Bridge
2. Cancel: If you don't subscribe, your account will be converted to a free account with limited access

If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, you'll lose access to Bridge features. Your data will be retained for 180 days, after which it will be automatically deleted.

Billing After Trial

Once you subscribe to a plan:

• Billing begins immediately after your trial ends
• You'll be charged based on your selected plan and billing cycle
• You can choose monthly or annual billing
• Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel

You can add a payment method at any time during your trial to ensure uninterrupted service.

Canceling During Trial

You can cancel your trial at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
2. Click "Cancel Trial" or simply don't subscribe when the trial ends
3. No charges will be applied if you cancel before subscribing

If you cancel during the trial, you'll continue to have access until the trial period ends.

Trial Limitations

During your free trial:

• All features are available based on your selected plan tier
• There are no usage limits beyond your plan's website limits
• You can switch plans during the trial if needed
• Support is available throughout your trial period
